As a buyer of Digital Product, you do not hold eligibility for refunds, which means by purchasing one of our templates, you hold the right to use it indefinitely should you wish to do so.
If you face any challenges opening your download, you can contact us at hello@skalerz.com, to share a fresh link for you to re-download. Please provide an image proof of the technical challenge for us to fix in the future.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Downloadable products cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
Unlike a physical good, a downloadable product is not subject to exchanges. You may make a separate purchase for the new item
